Buy CT Grown is a project funded in part by, and working in cooperation with, the CT Department of Agriculture, and represents Connecticut's farm and food communities. The organization's mission is to link Connecticut's food and agricultural community including farmers, consumers, restaurants and retailers to celebrate and promote Connecticut grown farm products, grow the local economy, and enhance the quality of life in our state.

The Connecticut Agricultural Businesses Cluster is a group of agricultural business people, representing Connecticut's major agricultural commodities and allied industries, working to raise the awareness, productivity and competitiveness of the state's agricultural businesses. The cluster has brought together people involved with all aspects of the state's agriculture industry, including farmers, equipment dealers, insurance agencies and educators. Projects include an agritourism initiative to promote our members' farms to state residents.
The Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station develops, advances, and disseminates scientific knowledge, improves agricultural productivity and environmental quality, protects plants, and enhances human health and well-being through research for the benefit of Connecticut.

The Farm Bureau is a non-governmental, voluntary organization of farm families united to find solutions for concerns facing production agriculture in our counties, state and nation. Volunteer leaders and staff work closely with state and federal regulatory agencies and elected officials on issues ranging from economic viability, property rights, taxation, land use planning to labor laws and farmland preservation.
